Messinian Diabetes Days
An important information and awareness initiative with lectures to the wider public of Messinia about Diabetes Mellitus, and by conducting FREE sugar and glycated hemoglobin (GHbA1c) tests for the local population every time in every Municipality

Mobile Medical Units with the exclusive donation of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation
On the initiative of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation, in 2014, the Mobile Medical Units program was created and started its missions, which is implemented with an exclusive donation of the SNF by the AMKE "Regeneration & Progress" under the auspices of the Ministry of Health and the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, for the provision of free medical care to residents of isolated mountainous areas, border settlements and remote islands.
